“These adaptive period pants were a life saver after I had surgery on both knees! I had to wear braces on both legs keeping them straight for 6 weeks and normal underwear was impossible for me to use independently. The adaptive design gave me back some independence and the quality of the underwear was excellent and did the job. I immediately went and bought 4 more pairs I was so happy with them.”

“Absorbency is good, no leaks but unfortunately they are just really poorly made. Despite cleaning as instructed I have had so many issues with the fabric having defects in the stitching and fraying of the fabric within a month of purchase. Shame as the absorbency is good but can’t justify spending a lot of money on a product that’s so poorly made. Will have to look elsewhere.”
“I’ve been quite disabled since Covid, now a wheelchair user, with very limited energy. Bought these on a whim and I’m glad I did; on the days I can’t change clothes at all, so long as I started with a pair of these, I can easily change them without removing clothing. I can also change them if I need when out and about. I do find the Velcro can curl a bit, but it doesn’t make them unusable. I’m also someone whose weight fluctuates but these are true to size and have not come undone on me. Very, very comfortable - would recommend.”
