The nurses loved them too. After reading other reviews about the Velcro digging in I purchased a size larger than normal but found my normal size would have been fine. I am only wearing very loose fitting clothing so that may make a difference. I am now in hospital with DVT and cannot get normal underwear over my affected leg so these are the only thing giving me a bit of dignity. Full butt coverage. Soft stretchy material so great over surgery wounds. The absorbent part covers a large area. thank you!”
