Had to buy replacement. Due to need asap. Chose expedited shipping. Rec'd 2 emails from him on 12/7 1:38 &1:46 2 invoice and billed for device and shipping also stated "shipped today." 12/8 6/11 pm rec'd email device shipped/billed on 12/8. Inconsistent from what reported by emails to us on 12/7. !st available tracking said arrival 12/11 3pm and lastest tracking arrival 12/11 9pm. i am frustrated paying for expedited shipping and how long for arrival along with not shipped on 12/7 and order made and billed beore 2pm PST, plus email from Vince stated "shipped today."
