“Using to remotely, AL to PA, monitor my son's sobriety. The mother of his children is also a monitor. She is using BackTrack to assist in child custody/visitation matters. So far we are pleased with the device. My son is also OK with it. Did have an issue where a couple of test were reported as "missed" when they really were not. Turned out to be something the matter with the server. One phone call and all is well.”

“After years of relapse from sneaking alcohol every few months from anxiety. i was getting worse and worse, somehow this device stopped the relapses. you cant cheat, it puts you in the state of mind that alcohol is not an option. you need the right monitor that hold you accountable, like taking your car keys and limiting certain activities.”

“I initially purchased this to give my family piece of mind while going through the recovery process. It was working perfectly while at home only. When used out of the home it would have problems saving my results. Then this past weekend I got a false positive; within minutes I retook the test and it was a 0.00 again. This morning it happened again multiple times bringing concern to my husband and child. Thankfully I have a backup breathalyzer and was able to FaceTime them but honestly who needs the stress of a false positive and additional drama.. this afternoon I tried again and an error message popped up. I pay for the monthly service and was so excited to continue using this through my journey..”
