“We are using this to help a friend with sobriety. It works most of the time but does error out on occasion for him. We are not sure if it is an app issue or connectivity. That being said it is a really good tool. As someone monitoring I love the app BUT they need a refresh button. I have to log in and out to prompt the app to bring in the new data promptly.”

“In order to have my children overnight I was required to take 6 tests each day for 30 days. That is 180 tests in 30 days! This system as nowhere near robust enough to handle that kind of use! I have suffered everything from it refusing to record my breath, not analyzing the result, not saving the result, bluetooth failing, cell signal failing, wi-fi signal failing, battery failing, false positives, etc, etc.. Everytime a test is not recorder my 30 days of testing 6 times each day starts over. This device is ruining my life and my kids lives. The device is meant to be used a couple of times a day or on days the kids are visiting/staying over, not 180 times/month! And the 30 minute window is ridiculous when I am spending the whole time rebooting the device and my phone! Taking my ex back to court to get rid of this piece of junk.”

“The scheduling and submitting tests is very easy to do. The areas I would improve are as follows:
1) add the ability to cancel one occurrence of repeating tests instead of having to cancel all future tests and then set them back up again.
2) add the photos to the reports, or at least the ability to print them as well.
3) provide different test windows, I closing one hour and two hours - 30 minutes is very restrictive.”
“Researching breathelizers, this one is by far the best value and has the most features available! The size of the units are remarkably small, the geo locator adjusted my schedule automatically for me (unlike its rival the bulky soberlink). I've recommended the unit to my lawyer, the court system and even bought the key chains as holiday gifts! My only complaint is the 30 minute window to test. This has proven challenging and missed tests have raised flags- alyy to rough technology has limitations that have at times exceeded 30 minutes to rectify (soberlink give 2 1/4 hours to complete a test). Love the product!!”
