“BacTrack View has given me some peace of mind when my kids are with their alcoholic father. The app is easy to use and I appreciate the ability to schedule random tests within time parameters. It has allowed me and my family to feel a bit more at ease when the kids visit him for short period of time as we can verify his sobriety.
There are occasionally hiccups with the app as with all technology. On rare occasions, the app has not sent random tests that were scheduled (twice in three months of thrice daily use). Email support isn't always effective so I'd recommend calling instead.
Overall, I'm happy with the service and will use it for the foreseeable future. I'd recommend to anyone who needs accountability for alcoholism.”
