I changed my credit card info and was counted the tests for >1 week that I didn't even use until I updated my info. Another instance, told them not to charge for next month until I received a response for yet another malfunction, and was still charged but not worth arguing to get another mediocre response days later...would not use this again. Pay extra for their much superior competitors like soberlink, especially if it's needed for legal reasons I would NOT rely on this.”

“The BACTrack mobile with bactrack voew is easy to operate and small enough to be transported easily.
However, we end up getting false positives way too often, or tests don't appear on monitors view. This causes apprehension and stress.
This app is very expensive and a bit underdeveloped for whatbthey are charging. Example cross platform communication (ie. Android to Apple) doesnt work. Tester and monitors have to have the same device... which meant i had to go buy an iphone when i already had a phone in contract just so we could test and monitor.
You have to have 2 separate accounts (using different email addresses) if you are a tester and a monitor.
The app doesnt let you store credentials (on ios devices anyway).
