“I like what this product offers as far as gaining trust back from my family but there have been a few issues I have had troubles with.
1-the text alerts often come as multiple text several minutes apart for the same test. This makes it confusing if I am testing for one test, two tests, or more. Than it looks like I missed a test in the calendar.
2-I can't see who ordered the test so if there is an issue such as indicated in number one I don't know who to contact to straighten the details out.
3-the device is very sensitive around chemicals. I have blown several false positives when painting, worn cologne, or am in ketosis. As high as .14. Hard to explain to a concerned family member.”
