“What I don't like is you can't switch your subscription via online or the app. You can if you want to purchase unlimited tests but can't if you want to downgrade to 30 tests a month. You have to call and they are only open Monday-Friday. If you have any issues or problems over the weekend you are out of luck. If you do purchase the 30 tests a month option you don't really get 30 tests. That is my experience. They are also overpriced. $99.00 a month for unlimited or $79.00 for 30 tests is a bit much.”
“This product is used for when my children have visitation with their father. He must blow prior to and after each visit. It gives me a piece of mind knowing that accuracy. I can see his picture and location. It is always accurate. It can detect even the smallest amount of alcohol. I only wish I got a notification each time it was used. That's why I gave it 4 starts instead of 5.”
