“I have had some problems using the App on my iPhone, but it works on my friend's iPhone and my Android. While trying to solve the problem with my iPhone, customer service has been very helpful. They are friendly and speak English clearly; they follow-up via phone calls and email; they even get the engineers involved when they cannot solve the problem themselves.”

“Once you have the device set up is works great. The breathalyzer is very consistent. It will pick up even the hit of alcohol. It once picked up that I had eaten fermented kimchi 5 minutes before the test. The device is surprisingly small and portable. Fits easily next to my wallet and I can bring it around anywhere when I take my daily tests.
My only critique is you have to make sure you have bluetooth AND location active for android. It won't notify you about that and the device wont connect otherwise.
