“I use the breathalyzer for my ex when he has the kid. The product is solid and I feel safe knowing he is not drinking while he has here. Areas for improvement:
1. The calendar / scheduling is clunky. Making edits to existing schedules almost always triggers an error becuase the start date has past. You cannot customize the schedule to occur every other weekend (which is a common schedule for split parents), so I either have to create a schedule that runs every weekend or make a new schedule every other weekend.
2. It would be good to require the testee has location capture turned on, so if a test is negative, I could go and get my kid.
3. there is a different app if you are a monitor or a testee, and neither of these coincides with what shows up in the webiste if you sign in to your account. That is very confusing at first. Also the app isnt called BACTrack, which is also confusing.
4. It is near impossible to find your subscription and payment pay. And even thought I signed up for the 3-month subscirption to reduce my payments, this is not reflected anywhere except that I am indeed charged the correct amount each month.”

“I was apprehensive about the extra burden of using bactrack. But instead I found the app very intuitive and easy to use. The history comes in handy as well. The test device is small and a test can be done quickly and discretely.”
