“I never received credit for my return they said never received it but I have the uses receipt and have printed the return sticker across the street from usps don't understand what the reason for not received unless someone stole it on the mailed side so I should not be held accountable for this and will not continue using this company from now on have 3 devices from your company bought from best buy and other places so I will have to use another company and refer friends as well unless I get a credit or something paid for a machine I never even opened.”
“I have had the app glitch on me before and after eating spicy food it does register as a BAC level so you must brush and rinse a lot. Other than that it's worked well. I do not like that I shares location with accountability partner”
“The good: The device is small and compact. It works *most* of the time. Customer service is mostly prompt when an issue arises.
The bad: My unit constantly will not save test results, which has resulted in several missed tests (which count against me legally, btw). So I have to watch closely to make sure that they actually upload to the calendar. I have submitted tickets but besides "close and reopen app" there isn't a real fix. It's irritating especially when legally this is required.”
