“I use this product to prove to the courts I'm not drinking. I had to learn the hard way that it's best to test in a well ventilated room or outside. I clean for a living and the church used vinegar for the floors for years. When I blew it registered as a small amount of alcohol. I was lucky enough to have a second option done at a local drug testing company where I blew on a real machine. They said the wine in vinegar set it off. I learned to start going outside to test because even if someone sprayed air freshener, it could cause a false positive. Just be careful. But other than that I appreciate the proof the app provides.”
“Good morning. There has been a number of times when logging in to the app has presented challenges if there is not a very strong cellular/wifi signal. I understand that the Bactrack does not have any control of cellular strength or the user location however, it has been difficult to log in and/or complete a test a number of times due to this. If I have a signal strength of 2 out of 4 bars, it typically will not log in and/or complete a test. Is there a specific amount of bandwidth required and if so, are you able to relay what that amount would be?”

“I find it easy to use and convenient and it's small which is nice it fits in my purse and not obvious to others. The battery life is long as well. One thing I don't appreciate is that this is for a family court matter and I don't feel my ex should be able to have access to my location every time I blow. He is trying to control enough in my life it's not really necessary I understand it would be very helpful for others so there should be. Option to have location on or off.”
