“I like the convenience this set offers and the amount of time it saves hunting for all the pieces on your own, however some of the pieces were missing, and some are just not right to last longer. Spectacles, drum sticks, some ceramic items, yarn, umbrella, muffin tray, aren’t made to last longer. They will either get lost, broken and such. Wish the quality was better. And about missing part- For the price that I have paid(FULL 83+ Tax + Shipping) I shouldn’t expect this”

Dear Nikita, We are very sorry that you were not happy with this collection. Your satisfaction is very important to us. You should have received 101 objects (there is a list included with the set). If you are missing objects please contact Customer Service and they will assist you. Language objects are very personal and unfortunately it is difficult to make everyone happy with a collection. We do strive to provide a diverse collection of objects, made of a variety of materials, for a reasonable price. We recognize that some items like the paper drink umbrella can get damaged and that is why we provide multiples in the set. We also recommend that paper items like the map, newspaper, etc. be laminated to extend their life. The ceramic items are very durable and the muffin pan is made of metal. We have not had issues with breakage with these items. However, please let us know if yours are damaged and we will happily replace or refund them. Please note that customers always have the option of ordering individual objects online and creating their own custom set. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed. “The miniature items are just okay... My package was actually missing items from the list but also the entire "grab bag" of items is extremely overpriced than sourcing your own. Definitely feel like money went down the drain.”

“I'm confused by a previous review saying these are small and not useful. I can't imagine that review came from a Montessori teacher. They are the perfect size and are perfect phonetic objects.”
