“This was his 'big' gift, really he has a lot of Legos and I wasn't keen to get more, but he's been in love with trains since he could babble, and with Harry Potter from the first we read it, so this was something he really wanted and we got it for Christmas for him. It went over like wildfire! He would have put it together in one day if we didn't make him go to bed! And it's been dis and reassembled since. He likes the arch and that it's like his own pretend station, and has built boxes for a tunnel, included other toys and lego with it, and brought it everywhere with him (he literally carried the train up and downstairs every day all vacation and the next school week). I hope/think it'll get a lot of play, and he's got it proudly on display on top of his lego table (thank goodness for Ikea! bins to keep them all in rock). He's brought other characters to play with it/on it, and makes different environments for it to go through/around. If your little guy or girl likes trains and legos, I'd recommend.”
“Legos are ridiculously expensive. We all know this. However this item is actually better priced than expected seeing how this is an 800 piece Harry Potter World item. My niece loves Legos and will spend hours putting them together. She loves this train set and I'm sure the Harry Potter collection will grow and grow.”
“Got this for my wife - she is a big Harry Potter fan. At first she was surprised, expecting a kids puzzle. As she started building the set, she became more excited and really enjoyed the experience. Now we have it displayed, We love it.”
