“Top quality and great looking steam train. Even the small station diorama looks great. My son always wanted a steam train to add to his lego train collection and this model does not disappoint. Next step is to convert to motorization and remote control - plenty of YouTube videos on this! Lego - please bring out a motorized version!? Finally - yes it is perfectly compatible with the standard lego track system.”
“Fun LEGO with some fun details however this train does not come with any track. You can add any LEGO track from the last few years and it is compatible but then you need to raise the station for the train to allow the train to freely pass under the station features.Only giving 4 Stars b/c I feel like LEGO should have thought of this and offered an “additional pack” to accommodate for any normal person who wants their train to have track to travel on.Also since no track at all is included in the original set you need to buy two different sets of track to make a complete circle.”
