“We purchased these for nephews in the 8-12 age range. Although I had a similar kit as a kid in the Radio Shack heyday years, I was unsure if they would like it with all of the Youtube gaming video and such. But it was a direct hit!”
“Bought this for my 10 year old son and myself to do together. So far so good and a hit with my son. Instruction books are great and easy to follow through. We've done several projects out of the 300 so no hiccups on missing parts or failed issues on the motor or speaker. I do see a lot of repeated projects but with minor tweaks to them but that was expected. Can only get so much out the parts that come with it. Great value not only in price but something a parent and child can do together is priceless.”
“Highly recommend this for an education tool, and curious children. We got this for my very bright 6 year olds birthday and he absolutely loves it. It comes with 100 very easy to duplicate projects. He hasn’t tired of it yet. Very well built sturdy pieces. Really great product.”
“I have two girls, 12 and 9. We got them each one of these and they LOVE them. The instructions are simple and they were showing off their first project within ten minutes. My oldest also replaced some switches for others as she increased her knowledge base and discovered new things she can do that aren't in the instructions. This was the goal in getting this for them! It's a fun & SAFE way to teach kids about electric systems and how they work.I LOVE this item. I would only advise you to get the power adapter. We only got one and while it works just fine with batteries it is best to get the power adapter. The difference in not getting one is that some projects (like the flying helicopter) run a bit slower and not as lively. This is a great item and no one paid me to say it!”
