“This was pricey but has a lot in it for my son to learn. He loves it even though he isn't allowed to play with it on his own yet. He is only 7 and his dad has been working with him on the different projects here and there. My son has said for several years that he wants to be a Robotic Engineer when he grows up or actually his words are a scientist who builds robots I think any good robotic engineer had better get a good understanding of Circuits and this set is exceptional for that. When I was a child my brother had some board with what looked like springs on it that he linked wires and different gadgets up to when learning this stuff. My brother now earns good money working with computers and can work on both hardware and software. I was hoping to provide for my own son that strong foundation of electronics since he seems headed in that direction.”
“We bought this kit for our eight year old grandson. We gave him a similar, but much smaller, kit two years ago. Since he enjoyed that kit, we knew this kit would be a hit. And it has been. It has kept his interest every day for three weeks, giving him the opportunity to build a much larger variety of electronic gadgets and perform more complicated tasks. The kit has allowed him work independently of adult supervision and to learn a lot about how electronics work.”
“From the moment my kid opened the box, she was amazed and wasted no time to begin the first project. It so easy that the project book has colorful illustrations and easy to follow instructions, pretty self explanatory for an adult. In addition, the student hand book complements projects by going through the very fundamentals of electricity and electronics that is easy for my kid to read and understand the concepts. Its a great educational toy that can help parents get involved with their children's education and spend quality time together working on the projects.”
