This set is not a substitute for a breadboard and real electronic parts, but helps to learn basic principals of those parts. Highly recommend this set instead of plastic toys and dolls.”
“Snap Circuits combines two things that children love into a single activity:1. Kids like to build things by snapping stuff together. Legos, kinex, etc all work on snap principle in one way or another.2. Kids like what they build to do something. A snap circuit project, at the end, blinks, whirs, spins, flashes, ....So- kids love this. So much so that I purchased a whole second kit so my daughter's friends could play along as well.Does this teach them much about electricity... not really. If you wish to have kids walk away with learning, you have to sit down as they go through the experiments and teach them.”
