“If you're going to buy snap circuits, this is the kit to get...My 1st grader recently came home from school excited about the snap circuits that recently were added to the school maker space. Initially I was overwhelmed with all the different kit options available, so I outsourced the purchase to my husband who settled on this one.I'm so thankful he did! While my son is enjoying snap circuits at school, after buying this I came to discover he is able to follow the directions on how to build the projects, he was not learning anything about how the components or projects worked. The educator book has made it easy to teach him (and me) and I can see a lot of growth with this kit.That being said, for an older child with more dexterity I don't see the advantage of snap circuits vs a breadboard and standard components.”
