“I bought this to try and learn soldering and it was perfect. The instructions were very clear and helpful, and the practice section of the board was very useful for figuring things out before actually soldering components. One comment is to make sure that when you solder the kit to solder both jumper wires as i forgot one and spent awhile trying to figure out why the circuit wasn't working (if you have an error where the speaker and one LED are both constantly on then this may be your issue)”
“My 6 year old loves this kit, with the help of his dad he has already built a few projects that he’s proud of, his dad had fun with it too. Definitely needs a parents help/supervision. He’s probably the only 6 year old in his class that has built his own radio. Love how you can buy more projects for under $20, a lot under $15.”
“Easy to follow instructions to teach yourself how to solder. Iron its self works well, it's evident it's a beginners model. My primary use for it is repairs to video game cartridges, works great for the minor amount of time I have to use it”

However, he ran into a problem right off the bat and there really isn't enough detail in the documentation or online to help an inexperienced person figure out what to do. With better documentation, I would have given it a higher rating.”
