“I have read that a few people have been having trouble hand launching the P 15. I have overcome this problem by mixing throttle with elevator and assigning it to a switch. I have it mixed so that at full throttle for launch elevons go up . I have the flap switch on my Tactic radio assigned to that mix. Once the bird is up and away I hit the switch and the elevons go back to their normal position.”

“I was very impressed with the quickness of this plane. I dialed down the servo throws about half to get the hang of the plane. The plane is an absolute blast. I would suggest that you paint the underside a bright color. I nearly lost sight of the plane with the trees in the background. Motion RC provided their usual prompt and excellent service. The build was incredibly easy”

“My friend had just got a different jet and it took a few try to get it in the air so I was a little afraid of launching this without breaking it. I’m also 65yr old and wasn’t sure if I could throw it hard enough. It’s flown first and every time, just throw it hard and up. I set mine with the recommended 1.5 mm up elevator but later reduced it to about half of that. There is no need for a separate take off setting. It’s also very strongly built and it has survived a couple of nosy landings, and one into a fence (give it lots of landing room).”
