“This is a fun little plane! It is quite fast, yet efficient. Pilot Ryan wasn't kidding when he said you can get longer flights out this over the other 64mm. The wing size makes it quite efficient. And it sounds really cool. It is much more twitchy than the other 64mm planes, however. I dialled the throws and rates WAY back from the recommendations in manual. Be cautious on the maiden. My nervous fingers almost grounded me a few times. Now that I have figured out the settings most appropriate for me, I am having a blast with this plane. And it is easy to hand launch due to the light wing loading. I highly recommend this plane!”

“Flown it 3 times now. Flys good. Cracking along mold seam. Reinforcing forward hull and adding fpv on board. I would recommend this. 2nd or maybe 3rd plane., for flying rc aircraft.”

“The Freewing Lippisch P.15 is my second 64mm EDF. Lippy has a very wide flight envelope, is very agile in flight and glides well with power off. The flat underside of the fuselage makes for controlled and smooth touch downs, even on longish grass. I fly mine with 3S 1300mAh, 3S 1600mAh and 3S 1800mAh LIPOs and flight times are between five and six minutes. I covered the cheater holes with thin fly screen mesh. Freewing and Motion RC did an excellent job with this model.”

“What a neat little plane.I wanted my first EDF jet to be scale and have an authentic sound so I purchased this one with the motion rc 4s 12 blade set up. It took some carving the fuse out to fit the front of the 12 blade fan set up since I could not get the front flange off the housing, but all in all, was able to fit it in barely. I would like to see the 12 blade set up sold with this flange not attached so that it will slide right in this model.I fly it with a 1300 mah 4s and it flies and sounds fantastic! - However, the flight time is very limited with this set up. I will be searching for a higher mah battery the same physical size as the thunder power rampage I am using currently.Great fun! Thanks Motion!”

“This is my first EDF and it's really a blast to fly! It's small, fast and sounds cool! I had to repaint it because there is no way I would be able to keep orientation with the stock color scheme. My high rates are the low rates in the manual. My low rates 40aileron/60/elevator with 35% expo. I also mixed in a little elevator on the gear switch of my DX6i for launching (important). Build quality is very good on this model.”
