It’s my first F-16 with a 70 mm in runners.Really cool airplane ! The Arctic camo is easy to keep up with in flight ! Big plus with the in runner. Really like the upgraded landing gear.

This is my first Freewing EDF (not my first EDF), and I gotta say that the fit and finish is really nice on this model - absolutely stunning to look at. I love the arctic camo scheme, something different from the typical grey jet. The upgraded landing gear seem really great, nice suspension which should really help for rougher surfaces or short grass. I haven’t flown it yet, due to the snow up here in Canada. Some really smart design features are the magnetic nose cone, the friction fit and keyed pitot tube, the wingtip pylons being able to clip the munitions in and out, the latching canopy hatch, easily accessible EDF and landing gear, and a great mount for the ESC. I really appreciated the included servo hook for fishing the rudder servo wire through, the included nylon hinges if I ever need to mount them, the non-slip mat for the battery and premounted velcro strap. Appreciate the included glue as well, though I did use foam-tac. The assembly was easy and straightforward, nothing to really mention there. I did go with the missile pack, the wingtip pylons are an awesome design, though I’m kind of confused and disappointed that they didn’t do the same for the underwing pylons - I mounted a couple magnets to make the AGM-88 missiles removable. Also disappointed that they didn’t paint the pylon part of the AGM-88s as well, I went and painted the pylon section grey to make them look like actual missiles. I really thought from the literature that the munition pack would come with AAMRAMs and Sidewinders, not the AAMRAMs and HARMs. I’ll have to get some sidewinders 3d printed up or something. I also think they should probably just be included with the model. The only other thing I wish this model had was plastic over the wing strake leading edges (up by the canopy) - this is always easy to dent up as the foam is so thin in that place. I believe eflite does plastic over those leading edges and it just makes a lot of sense and would go a long way in keeping the model look fresh for longer. Though it didn’t really make much difference to me, I just went with the correct #14 plane 354 fighter wing to match the preinstalled 314 decals, I’m not sure why they would include the decals for the #90 18 aggressor squadron when you’d have to remove the 314 decals if you wanted to be accurate - which I’m sure a lot of people want to be accurate considering it’s a scale aircraft. All in all I’m super happy with the aircraft, can’t wait to get it in the air!

The look of this jet is unbelievable. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star are some strangeness that could be easily corrected. Site says decal sets for several units. I only received one set, and they were mostly already on the plane. Even if I wanted to purchase an outside sourced set I would have to remove what was already applied. Second, there was a clear plastic parts tree that was obviously not for this plane. Makes you wonder who didn't get what they were supposed to. Finally the blue box that eliminates the need for y harness from servos is a bad idea. I threw it out and went with y harness so I can have flaperons. Sell it as an option for those that want it.

Very nice lines and scale but foam hinges really, my 64 mm f22 has nylon hinges. Entire tail & horizontal stabilizer are glued. Need to paint the bare white foam also. Flys great nice gear
