“I fly the P38 from a rough grass strip. I noticed how well the articulating nose gear on the Avanti handled taxiing and takeoff and landing so I ordered one for my very heavy P38 L by Flightline . With slight modifications it fit very well and performs flawlessly! Best modification I ever made. Wish I could include a picture”

“Odd story there. I discovered my gear was down, model with battery was sitting on them, but the gear switch on my JR 11X Tx was in the up position. This had happened before and swinging the gear got them back in sync. So I picked up the nose with my toe under the tailpipe to swing the gear. The magnets on the nose cone gave way and the model slammed down on the nose gear when it was about half retracted. Nose gear refused to go up or down after that. I ordered a new retract for the nose and when it arrived I turned on the Tx and plugged in a battery to try to get the nose gear fully down before I replaced it. Well the darn thing started working again. So I'm now the proud owner of a brand new Avanti nose gear retract all new in the unopened bag. Having spent the money and with the new replacement in hand I can about guarantee ti original gear will work forever and I can equally guarantee if I exchange, trade or sell it, the original gear will fail at the earliest opportunity.So problem solved and I'm happy. Y'all have great service which I'll likely have more need of soon enough.sp”
