“I started flying 6S EDF's early last year and quickly fell in love with the speed, size, and overall intensity of flying them. After flying a few jets that are better suited for beginners in this class of jets, the A-4 was added to my radar and it did not disappoint.Here are my review notes for this stunning Freewing EDF Jet:Pros:- Nice smooth finish on foam- Scale retracts with quality suspension- You can go between the F & E models with ease due to the magnetic “hump”.- In addition to the hump, the provided decal sets and the fact the airframe comes bare allows for significant customization.- The kit also comes with tons of different pieces including a tailhook and cockpit steps you can glue on for example.- It has been out for a while now, so all of the bugs have been worked out making the actual plane build quick and easy with no surprises.- I felt comfortable in the air very quicklyCons:- It took a while to apply the waterslide decals, but that was mostly due to me never using them before.Overall, this 80mm EDF Jet is a must have for anyone that appreciates the A-4 Skyhawk!”

“One of the worst jets I have owned. I have bought at least 6 jets from Motion. This one is terrible.Worst part is when you turn sharp, it tip stalls. I maidened it today. I made 4 flights trying to dial it in. No fun here!”

“This is my first scale EDF and it flys awesome!! The time before I flew the freewing Jak130 with 4s and a Viper but this thing is a class above. This isn't a plane for you, if you have never flown a Jet before and it's also no beginner plane!!!! ..., but it is a great flying scale jet with many details!”

“Another great jet from FW/MRC!!This bird is a rock solid flyer, but make sure you tone (WAY DOWN) down the aileron rates from the manual. My high rates are 50% of the low rate and my low is about 30% of the low book rate. The rates they give, will cause some serious problems if your not ready. After you get this bird dialed in, she’s a dream to fly. If your a fan of the A-4, wait no longer, just buy it!!”
