“Excellent quality and well packed for shipping this edf is easy to assemble. A few modifications were required to accommodated the edf/motor I had chosen to retrofit but all pretty straightforward. Make sure you chose a good quality high discharge lipo to achieve grass field takeoffs. Good value for money as the suspension undercarriage is now included. Overall - recommended.”

“My battery disconnected in flight destroying the Hawk. It was a very good flying plane, so I bought a replacement without the fan/esc as the crashed one suffered no damage. Installed the new fan unit and esc, finished the installation in no time, and flew the next day. The delivery of the box from Motion was 2 days!”

“Overall things were fine with only one issue. When the nose gear is retracted into the wheel well the nose gear rotates as it would while steering while using rudder. Then when brought down it’s crooked and turned to one side. Not good for landing. Had to turn rudder travel way down therefore no knife edges. Will probably call Motion.”

“This is my third plane. Landings and take offs are fairly easy with this plane. It sounds great in the air. Lots of power too. I purchased the gray one as well. I painted it white with some red marking. Much easier to see in the sky. Overall, one of my favorite planes.”
“This plane fly's like its on rails once you get it dialed in. Very efficient in the air and provides great flight times, my timer is set for 5:45 on 5000 6s pack. Just a word though. It can be super bouncy on landings and takes some practice (at least from me) to get the approach dialed in.”
“Very nice product. I REPLACED THE CHICKEN WIRE STRUTS WITH THE HI PROFORMANCE STRUTS AND NOSE GEAR. I put a 85a ESC with a 5 amp ubec and the high proformance fan and motor. The sound is great. I fly off of grass and I had no problem. This bird flys very nice. I have my gyro on a switch and never turned it on during my maden flight after trimming this bird is solid. The high Rate on the alerons were to much for me. Low rate +5% was my high rate . The rest of the rates were spot on. I like expo so High rate 30%, mid rate 25% low rate 20%. FLYS awsome.”
