“Motion RC does not stand behind the products they sell, and completely unwilling to support their customer despite rampant and unchecked manufactured defects. It is an absolute shame since the plan it self is well designed and equipped. In my case the tail section comprised of two foal halves and two carbon rods which needs to be matted to the fuselage in step one had a major manufacture defect. The two halves were badly miss aligned preventing a good bond and if forced would result in a twisted tail section. I reported this problem to Motion RC, and their response was that it was not a problem, and not a manufacture defect. The email thread continued for days without resolution. Their only response was that they will not send me a replacement part, all the parts in all the kits in their wherehouse have the same manufacture defect, and the only thing they would do is take a return. That means that no matter what, I can't have a quality product from them, they will not support defective parts, and they are unwilling to drive QC efforts at the factory line. Total shame.”
