“So I recently bought the FMS T-28D and the front nose gear kept breaking. Three times to be exact. I guess FMS cut corners on the quality of the landing gear. Anyhow, I read on a forum that this landing gear was more robust and fits the T-28 just fine. I have had more than 20 flights on pavement, sand, and grass and the landing gear has held of great!”

“This retract significantly improved the landing quality of my T28, however it has been stuck unable to retract since its first use. I need to return it, but then I can't fly. I'm a little stuck with it, but at least it works well as a static piece.”
