“If you have the E-Flite T28 1.2m with retracts, you know the nose gear is a piece of junk that breaks easily. Turns out this fits perfectly into the T28, and looks better and is stronger than the original. Two little things you should be aware of: (1) this gear is a tad longer than the existing one (no big deal, just be aware of it); (2) you will need to use a servo reverser (I use the ShareGoo, $5 on Amazon) on the nose gear, otherwise the nose gear will be up when the mains are down and vice-versa.”

“Replaced the weak original gear with this heavy duty gear. Only two modifications needed. A servo reversing cable and had to add tail weight since the new gear is heavier than the original. The weight did not affect the performance that I could tell.”
