“I didnt need to spend the money on another plane......., but when this came out I jumped on it, Im a fan of the older cold war era jets. It came quicker than the expected ship date too. I know alot of people were disappointed about the new release being a trainer type jet, but this jet is pretty fast and quite maneuverable! It has TONS of elevator and rudder throw, which I had to tone down a little to match up with the roll rate of the plane, as the pitch rate was quite steep. Very little trim adjustment was needed. Very stable, handles no power slow speed exceptionally well for relaxing scale flight, or you can crank and yank on her and she will perform whatever you throw at her. It would be a great first EDF for someone with some flight time, yet it will satisfy most every experienced performance jet pilots needs. It has a very nice presence in the sky and on the ground. It handles rough grass very nicely. Assembly is very simple. The overall quality, fit and finish is excellent. Before I got it, I was already thinking of a paint scheme re-do, but when I saw this jet in person I decided it was very sharp as-is. I honestly cant find anything on this jet to complain about. It is a great add to your collection even if its not quite your cup of tea, as you will be surprised by its performance capabilities.”

“The looks, fit and finish, and performance are all great. However, there is a significant issue. There are two of these planes at my field and both of them had the same problem. The left main gear on both planes came out on landing. Looking at the damage reviled there was almost no glue holding the gear in place. Also there was significant damage to the fuselage aft of the wing due to the gear being dragged under the plane by the servo wire. My recommendation to future buyers would be to remove the left main gear and re glue it in place before flying.”
