“Great Kit quality, but the instructions were not very clear. The model came with a notice that the warranty was for 30 days from date of purchase. I didn’t open the model up until after the warranty was done. The Instructions came with a yellow insert stating that the factory had made upgrades to the Motors and ESC FREEWING 3658/2150KV and 100 amp ESC. But the Model never received those upgrades. Essentially a new old version”

“This is a nice looking rig. It is not for the novice to build. But if you can get some help dont be afraid. The end result is very very cool. 2hr build time is not true it was more like 3 days. Just go slow and get good fits on all the parts. The wireing is easy the hard part is fitting and routing of the wireing. Using 2 6s 5000 batts. The front one fits the rear one will take some mods to fit well. I would recomend it as a fun and great looking edf.”

“I absolutely love my tomcat! Bought it used, had a bunch of upgrades on it already. it flies like a bat out of Hell! This thing with all that’s been done to it will push close to 120 in a very shallow dive, and is capable of lots of 3D flying. A few complaints I have is I wish they mixed in full span flaps, and an auto mix for when wings get swept back. Flies like a brick with a jet strapped to it, so if it gets slow, it gets soft, but if you keep the power up it’s just fine. Biggest complaint I have is the fact that the gear on it are in no way designed to support a 14 pound jet. Better get good at landing this thing because it takes a big runway, and smooth landings. Although if you have the gyro set good, the ring lands like a dream on a good day. Definitely takes some dialing in to get it to fly on rails but if you take the time, it’s completely worth it. Broke multiple sets of landing gear, mainly due to some other failures. MAKE SURE TO USE BLUE LOCK TITE ON THE LITTLE SCREWS THAT HOLD THE STRUTS ON!!! mine came loose on take off and sucked it into a ditch. I had an esc failure and now I’m requiring over 200 bucks in parts to fix it due to the short circuit. But I love the plane a lot, that’s why it’s worth fixing.”

“Assembly was straightforward and fairly easy. Just had my maiden flight and flew beautifully. The jet is a stunning EDF jet that garners allot of attention at my flight field. Looking for to my next flights to gain more insights on its flying characteristics. I would definitely recommend this jet plane to anyone considering purchasing that has the experience to fly.”

“Aa awful lot of plane for the money, I have upgraded the stab servos (I usually do) will keep as spares.Only necessary items I changed are the push rods and ball links to the stabs to reduce play.This plane looks awesome, hope my flying skills do it justice.”
