“This in my opinion is the highest quality jet from freewing so far. The landing gear on its own are a home run. I used the forward battery bay so it balanced with the cg to the forward limit. My recommendation is to use no less than 80% elevator throw in this configuration.I’m flying mine with 100% throws and about 20% expo and it’s not the least bit twitchy. I put four flights on it the first day out. It’s just a very honest and comfortable flying airplane. No surprises. It flew like a larger version of the f4 phantom. It just settles into a groove on final. You have to respect it’s larger size and weight but it is a very easy jet to fly.”

“First flight was sketchy but that was due to my choice of battery placement. 2ns flight was perfect. I added D85 servos on the elevators as a few extra lights. Can’t wait to fly it more!”

“This plane flys great off of grass and is a smooth predictable lander. Power is good for nice climbs and short takeoffs. Fit and finish is what you expect from Freewing. Perfect. Adjusting throws rates to my flying style was easy. Love this edf, it’s, Grrrrrrrrrrreat!”

“I got the first batch so had to change out the ELE servos, but other than that, it's a great plane! Fit and finish is great. I like that the whole plane is painted, so there isn't any raw white foam exposed to get dirty. Flies well at the molded CG marks. I get 2.5 minutes on 4000mah batteries, so I wish I got more. It's a pretty good deal when you think about what's involved, bringing a project like this to fruition. Landing gear is strong and big. I wish it had brakes, though.”
