“Freewing has stepped up their game on this one. They already make incredible aircraft but the thoughtful details, fit and finish, and assembly is outstanding. It flies off of grass with ease and has awesome thrust. Takeoffs and landings are easy and predictable. 2 x 4s 6000 mah batteries fit nicely side by side. It flies fast and also slows down well. This is their best jet yet!”

“Clever construction ! Generally very good quality !I also have all control surfaces as a direct connection. I have also installed an elegant wing plug-in system from Unilight.at! Very few modifications were necessary because the original opening fits perfectly!Flight and landing characteristics are 'out of this world 'The fuselage wall in the cockpit area is thinner than usual - but it is reinforced with carbon fibre rods !I seal the entire surfaces of the plane with a styro-proof clear lacquer!”

“So this was my 4th Freewing Jet and my first Sport Jet. It was also my first 90mm 8s Jet. First few flights went incredible, the Zeus flies like it’s on rails and is very predictable with no bad habits. Did I mention it’s also very very very fast, VERY FAST. My ONLY issue was on my second landing I innocently rolled off the end of the runway on landing, no big deal right? Apparently hit a divot and the nose ripped right off. Upon inspection I noticed a weak point at the end of the retract bay where the gear door servo is. Foam is very thin and not a lot of protection. A simple plastic inner cage would have solved the problem. It’s ultimately pilot error so I wasn’t mad, but it did annoy me so I feel it’s worth pointing out. Unfortunately I lost the Jet on the fourth flight due to a receiver issue, dove full bore into a canal from a hundred feet. Needless to say not much was left, LOL. However I reordered the plane and can’t wait to fly it again, this time with a brand new receiver and I plan on 3-d print a 1-2mm cage to glue up front inside the retract bay to fix the issue just in case. But overall she was a beautiful jet that flew great and is fast, SOOOOO VERY FAST. I can’t wait for 2.0 to arrive so I can get back on the horse. Fantastic job Freewing, keep up the fantastic work!”

“This is the best edf jet I have ever had!Take offs and landings are easy, it flies like it’s on rails and it’s very fast.Believe it or not it didn’t require any trim on madden. I now have 12 perfect flights on the plane. I get 4 minutes flight time. This plane is awesome.”
