“I bought this warbird a couple of months ago. After trying different LiPo packs, now i have the perfect configuration! Use 1600mAh 3S and 1600mAh 4S LiPos. With 2200mAh LiPo packs the P-51 became to heavy. A 1600mAh 3S LiPo with 30C or higher is perfect. Use lightweight 4S LiPos because of the weight!!!I fly with 35% Expo on Aileron and 40% Expo on Elevator. You also have to reduce DualRate on Aileron and Elevator too. Then you get a Warbird you can fly smooth and aggressive too.The best update for these little Warbird is a folding propeller. I use the same size then the original propeller and the original nose cone. It flys great. And you never have problems with broken propellers any more!”

“The Bro in Law got one for his Birthday, I helped him put it together, easy peasy.Down side wise, No instructions re the decals it they were water slide or not, we spent a few minutes tying to peel them off, A note on the artwork would or been helpful - They were water slide and went on fab. Also the Artwork depicts the Stars and bars facing the wrong way on the wings - Maybe a little joke by the Chinese!I used Tamiya masking tape and enamel paints to do the tail, The low Tack tape did not pull of the silver paint thank god. Tested a bit first on the underside.Test flight today!”

“This model of the iconic Mustang is perfect! I launch mine off of a HK launcher without the bungee. It just rockets off without help. I mix in a little up and a little right using the gear switch, then click it off once it is up and away. I use an Admiral 4s 4000ma pack and get at least 8-10 minutes of flight. Take it way out to slow it down on final, it will land on it’s belly at surprisingly slow speed. Great FUN!”
