“I bought this model on the strength of my experience with the 1600mm Spitfire Mk9 and the A-10 (2 x 80mm EDF) - I've not been disappointed! It went together really easily and I cannot fault the quality. An excellent, albeit expensive, model.”

“Exhilarating to fly this plane. Makes quite an impression but if you don’t land perfectly the landing gear breaks. That’s not to say it’s difficult to land - it isn’t. The 3 stars is unavailability of landing gear parts. Very frustrating to have this plane grounded only because of an unavailability of parts. You may also want to strengthen the foam around the cowl.”

“It arrived in perfect shape. Easy assembly, parts fit perfectly. Maiden it without any issues. I was amazed how well it flies. Lots of power with the big prop, I recommend advance the throttle slowly and the plane will take off. Keep throttle on landing, do not try dead stick landing because you will probably break the landing gear. Overall, very happy. You will love it. ✅”

“This is an ideal size model with easy removal of wings for transport, would prefer two sets of ribbon cables with mid connection as difficult to remove plugs from blue box when at the field.Lovely smooth paint finish, nice details, would have liked more pronounced engine cowl vents and more realistic engine cylinders. Excellent propeller construction and fittings.Full length pilot would be nice and more to scale.Otherwise excellent quality and robust construction with good quality fittings and servos.Like that decals are not applied which allows own scheme to be used.On first impressions, would recommend, hope it fliues as good as it looks!”

“On the maiden flight just as the wheels had left the pavement the ESC caught fire. The plane banked off into the grass and burned. Everything was stock right out of the box. No more Flightline planes for me.”

“I like this Corsair so much that I gave both my FMS 1700mm Corsairs to my brother. the landing gear is the weakest thing on this airplane. But it is cheap and easy to replace. And the gear still works better than the FMS. The FMS tail wheel is a nightmare. The biggest downside to this airplane is the price. $529 is too much for a foamie.”

“Hallo liebes RC-Motion Team,ich möchte zum Fahrwerk der Corsair feststellen, dass der Querschnitt durch den eingebohrten Stift für die Drehbewegung an der Kullisse so geschwächt wurde, daß dadurch das Fahrwerk schon bei geringer Stossbelastung beim Landen (Montag-Dienstag-Mittwoch-Landung) zum Brechen neigt. Der Restquerschnitt, der um die Bohrung des Mitnehmerstifts (für die Drehbewegung des Fahrwerks beim Einziehen verantwortlich) bleibt, ist viel zu gering.
