Another great plane from the Flightline team. This plane is very impressive from first glance. It's REALLY big. It's a heavy beast, too. Exactly what you'd expect from a big Corsair. The wing, landing gear, fuselage, dummy radial engine and propeller are just stunning.Assembly was a piece of cake. As with most of these 'birds from Motion, it takes longer to put the decals on than it does to assemble the plane. Went together with 12 screws. No problems at all. Came with 2 different schemes for the bubble top version. Everything fit nicely and the finish and quality of components are outstanding. You have to see the propeller to believe it. It has a heavy hub assembly that very good quality, it seems. It's VERY impressive. Sounds good when spinning, too.Flying was also outstanding, with no problems. I took off with 0 flap, and it lifted off perfectly. I turned the aileron rates up a little after my first flight. It will climb and loop just fine. Like my other smaller Corsair, it's not going snap roll, but it's fine on a higher aileron rate setting. Speed isn't going to blow you away, but it's so big and sounds so good going by, that it's still impressive. My 1600mm Spitfire climbs better, but as I get used to this plane, maybe I'll be able to get more out of its performance. As the build video mentioned, no elevator trim was necessary with flap deflection. I have a pretty high amount of landing flap set it, and there wasn't any pitch change at all, and I have 6 flights on it.I added 2 of the included extra weights into the nose since I'm flying with a 6S 4000 battery, and it balanced perfectly with the battery all the way forward. Only needed 3 clicks of up elevator on the maiden flight. I put in a couple of right clicks of aileron, but it might have been the wind, because there was a slight breeze. Got 6 minutes on the 4000 battery and still had about 33% left. So, that's the right battery, in my opinion. The 5000 might just make it too heavy and I don't think I need 8 minutes.Landing is a piece of cake. No problem at all. Wants to pull slightly right on take off until the rudder starts to take effect, and there is some fishtail to the right on roll out after landing, but nothing serious. The wingtip and landing lights look outstanding. This plane is a must-have for big foam warbird lovers. Cost is very good for a plane with this size and detail.Great job again Flightline and Motion. Thanks for putting out good stuff. What's next, we all ask. Keep 'em coming!Enjoy

Flightline and Motion RC never fail to bring us high quality airplanes .The attention to detail is apparent the second you lift the lid off the box..even the foam box that holds the model is amazing in its design and how well it protects all the contents. If you like and or appreciate a lot of well executed scale details, this model will give you a full blown case of Perma-smile !The BIG 3 bladed prop makes a statement and the two metal plates used in the assembly of the hub/prop assembly , really give you a good idea of how much effort and forethought go's into Flightlines airplanes . The observation window in bottom of fuselage..too cool!Finish ? Beautiful ! The finish on a foam warbird simply does not get any better .The 1600mm Corsair has plenty of power .. fly it like a warbird , if you have a bit of warbird experience you should be fine , my 1600mm Flightline Spitfire has never surprised me , and I expect the Corsair will be no different as I get to know it . Now to start dropping change into the 5 gallon water jug , to save for the next big warbird from flightline !Cant wait.
