“This is my second one I bought for a later project date. I have been waiting for this plane for over a year. It's very well done and the engineering design that has gone in to it, and finish is superb!!! I'm Currently in the process of detailing out the cockpit and other details like the first one I acquired.The plane has a very nice manageable and presentable size at 1600mm. Haven't flown it yet, but that will be coming some day.Only disappointments would be the replica radial motor, main wheel size chosen, and the lack of forward rake in the LG, but easily changed out with other choices for the discerning modler who enjoys doing such things. I was so impressed when I bought the first one....I ended up grabbing another one (This one) as well. :)”

“I'm only a few years into this Hobby and have several planes but make no mistake, there hasn't been a Warbird offered by anyone that comes close to the quality, detail and overall scale this new FlightLine F4U Corsair has. You almost have to look twice to see if it's a foamy. The skin is smooth, no gatoring and so very detailed you'd think it was balsa/ply ARF. I'm thrilled with it and planning my Maiden as soon as the weather clears and we thaw out. It's not cheap but when you get the level of quality you get in this bird the price is very reasonable. I'd highly recommend this bird to anyone who loves Warbirds.”

“I bought the new F4U-1D “Bubble Top” Corsair, one of my all time favorites. I have always favored the tri-color camo on this airplane so I repainted mine right away. Glad I did, it really improved the ability to tell orientation in the air. The airframe is beautiful, smooth foam with good detail. Easy assembly and can be transported with wings off by removing 4 screws and unplugging 2 ribbon cables. Super happy with the near scale prop. It’s 18” dia. and looks right. I had a friend print the 3D cockpit parts for me, really dresses up the “office”. Flight character is lovely and the landing manners are great, slow and solid with full flaps. There is so much good to be said about this airplane but bottom line, if you love Corsairs, get one.”

“Absolutely beautiful. Arrived in pristine condition due to well engineered packaging. Easy assembly with no surprises. Had it assembled in a few hours with much of that due to airbrushing a ghost grey lower fuselage and wing center section. Very pleased with the outcome. If it flies as good as it looks, I’ll be satisfied.”
