“Nice kit. Went together quickly without problems as usual. This corsair is a great size and has a nice finish on it. I wish the pre applied decals would have been matt finish to match the rest of the plane. Interesting, the included decal sheet is mat finish, so why couldn't they all match? Anyway, the removable nose weights are a really cool idea. An the big 3 bladed prop looks amazing. I'll maiden this in a couple of days, but don't anticipate any issues. Another great design from the folks at Motion!”

“If I could only have one airplane it would be this one. Personal favorite and gentle flying warbird. Flies well fast and slow. Performs good aerobatics and has a low wing loading making it fun and floaty for a warbird. The only thing i changed on mine was tossing out the included hardware for attaching the horizontal tail, cheap steel quaility that deforms the head before you can turn it snug. Replaced for four small woodscrews of quality to ensure the tail is on and you can take it off later.”

“Haven’t had the chance to put it in the air but I’m looking forward to the maiden flight! The only drawback I have is in the decals on the wheel well covers. The color is light blue instead of the light gray. Not a big deal I’ll order some Callie graphics for the fix and go from the. The other details are really good. For a foam production scale warbird model it’s top of the Flight line.”

“This 1600 Corsair has been a wonderful flyer and I needed to replace one that had reached its limit. This one arrived in perfect condition and went together in 2 hours. The maiden went so good that all it needed was 3 to 4 clicks of up elevator. I landed with half flaps and gear already had the reinforcement plates installed, nice. The included weights for the cowl are a perfect fit and I did use 2 to add one on either side of the ones under tape.”
