“Installing the GT LED lighting in my Freewing 70mm F-16. Had to buy extensions from another company to reach the tail for white strobe and white steady. The white steady and white strobe come two attached to a single connector. Not happy about that, but understand why. Overall lights are very bright and can’t wait to see when done. Adding the nav lights to the intake as on full scale.”

“This is the second set of lights I have purchased.My first set went on a Blade 230: nav lights and landing lights. Work super when flying in foggy days that keep the fixed wing aircraft grounded !My second set will go on a Lancair ES that I'm rebuilding.”

“These, are what I may consider, your basic type of lights. Eight lights, 2 constant on white, 2 fast flashing white strobes, 2 slow blinking red beacons, 1 red Nav, 1 green Nav. The flash patterns and speed of these lights are pre-set and does not change. As noted in the product spec's, these lights come with 600mm long leads (a little short of 24"), which only makes these suitable for small wingspan crafts of less than 45 inches (1200mm), I wouldn't advise trying to install these in any aircraft with a w/s or length in excess of 1100mm, unless you can lengthen the wire, which are very thin and a bit fragile, if I must say so. One of the first things I did was to re-enforce the connection sites between wires and connector to keep the wires from being pulled from its connector. I've put a set of these in my Freewing Rebel. For my larger 1400mm Freewing Pandora, I use the available larger set - GT POWER / SKU: GTPNAVAIRLED. which has a longer lead length, 800mm(31.5") and more flash options.All in all, for an entry level lighting system, they're not bad ...”

“Lines are too short. Charge a couple bucks more and add a foot.Be much more useful. Or sell extensions separately that would be even better.I added wire and the system works great.”
