“The Heng Long German Tiger Tank Upgrade Edition 1/16 Scale tank is an absolutlely fantastic RC tank to start with. This is my first venture into RC tanking and I am nothing but smiles. The rechargable tank battery life allows for plenty of fun per charge and the double AA's in the controller last for sever go rounds. This is a kick ass fun tank. Oh, Did I mention that it shoots? Fun, Fun, Fun. If you are hesitatiing, Pull the trigger. Again, This bad boy is simply fun.”

“I loved how my Tiger 1 handled with plastic tracks, it was smooth as Tennessee Whiskey, and I was a little concerned metal tracks being much stiffer would change the smooth handling I had with the plastic ones. To my surprise, the metal tracks are just as smooth and the instant sense of opulence and realism that you get with the overall looks of the tank is quite fun. They require as much maintenance as the real thing, after each run around the yard there's always something that loosens or gets misaligned.”

“The Tiger 1 is a truly wicked tank and is highly recommended. Its twin smoke generators generate ample smoke and they look fantastic. The bb bullets are shot out quite strongly with cool recoil effect. The tank is surprisingly fast but it can be slowed down with function buttons for a more scale looking speed if needed.The sound system is great too and is quite loud, although at full volume the speaker sounds somewhat maxed out as it has moments of distorted sound. The speaker eventually failed the next day the tank arrived. But of course, the awesome Motion RC support team sorted it out for us in no time. The only other minor annoying faults are that the 'mud flaps' at the back of the tracks and the tiny 'machine gun muzzle' at the front of the turret, are quite loose and tend to fall of a lot. But who cares! My sons and I love this tank!”
