“The tank worked as expected straight out of the box. Attaching the detailed parts was quite simple as everything snapped in place. One thing I noticed is that the sound seemed incorrect. Upon research I learned that the Abrams sound board has both the Leopard 2 and M1 Abrams sounds. A simple combo key press on the controller switched it over to the Abrams sounds. I've been having a blast with this tank. I give it 4 stars only because the gun recoil is a bit off vs the sounds and the turret only rotates 320 degrees. These aren't major issues but definitely a hold back to reaching a 5 star rating. One other note is that on the real Abrams, the turret is able to be locked onto a target while the hull spins about without the turret losing the lock. I've tried turning the hull turn speed down and the turret traverse speed up but I can't recreate the real movements. Again, nothing that deters from the joy of driving this RC tank around but just something to note for those into realism. The deciding factor for me was the price point and that this is the only version of RC tanks that shoot 6mm airsoft BBs which is amazing especially once you add a camera to this tank! Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get into RC tanks and would gladly (and already have) recommend MotionRC as a place to purchase!”

“I had an old Plastic model that shot airsoft. Cheapy that died & I missed it. [broken drive axel]. This looks great. My grandson's will love it. Directions & instructions poor. On Off switch for Tank in on the receiver. Shows a lock - unlock insignia. My LiPo 6200 mwah batteries fit but tight. Plenty more power and running time. I am amazed at how heavy it it is, I got the Pro Version. Might buy 3 more for my Adult children [1 each] so we can Battle on. There is a little bit of a learning curve on the transmitter with combined multi function functions on the Transmitter.”
