“My experience was not a good one. I had what I believe was a malfunction on my Airwolf heli that hovered in place for a good minute on it's first flight while GPS engaged when, without any explanation it just dropped and crashed receiving considerable damage. It is a beautiful heli and it's very well put together however, the product I feel wasn't the disappointment for me as I understand these things can happen. My disappointment was really with Motion RC and how they handled my case. I followed through on providing everything that was requested from me to open my case and present it. I felt like even though I had a legit and honest case, the company left me in the middle of the ocean without a paddle. They simply washed their hands and didn't even try to work with me. I felt like Motion RC took a done deal attitude like, the heli crashed and that just happens and there's nothing we're gonna do about it. I love the heli and the product that Motion RC puts out but, the simple, it's on you attitude really left me feeling disappointed. I didn't demand anything and would like to be able to replace the fuselage but, when I looked on their website, it wasn't even in stock two months ago or even now. Since I had already figured that they weren't going to replace my heli, the least they could've done for me was offer me a fuselage replacement or have it in stock for me to purchase at the at the bare minimum. My case was handled very poorly and therefore, I rate their customer service to be very poor.”

“Awesome 470 AirWolf Heli. But if you make something like this at list make it a little Bigger like 600 Class. With the same components The AirWolf Heli Flys Great looks Good in Scale detail Too.and one more thing a popular AirWolf Helicopter like this motion rc should keep more parts on hand like the Canopy. It seems a popular part of the model. I Guess a lot of people try to Land on Grass with small wheels. This is how my Canopy broke into pieces!! I landed it like an Airplane, which was my mistake. Guys don't do this landing like a plane. When Flying you must Break the Heli in the Air First. We'll very good Chopper I wish they would go Bigger.”

“The battery wire had no solder in the connector, I had to resolder it on. One of the main wires to motor was not connected. After spending a $1000.00 on this I dont expect to these issues but this is qaulity control for you.”

“Product: Decent looking bird. Retracts are a mess and came mis-aligned and CA'd in spots they shouldn't have been. Lights arrived mis plugged from factory. Some canopy blemishes, Hardware loose in spots. Need some major QC adjustments. Fly's ok though. Be ready to tackle more than the MRC videos show.
Customer Service: Worse than the bird itself. Very little help that actually counts. Overall tone and view from them is, well it's your problem, meh. For $1000 expected more, a lot more, especially from MRC. With a continued approach like they were with me and they will be tied with HH/TH in Customer Service. News travels fast on FB and forums, in any language.”
