“The little bit of assembly is easily accomplished. Before power up check all electrical connections, especilly on ESC power connections, a loose connection can cause a crash. Before putting blades on, connect charged battery and check lights and make sure the wheels retract and extend easily, no bind. Also make sure white side of blades is up. Then check that arming the main rotor works (without blades). Then you're ready for FUN!”

“Maidenflight yesterday. I owned a lot of RTF airwolf heli's, even 3D printed one , but this is my best one to date. Thanks to the GPS mode this one will be very difficult to crash ! Works like a charm. Only downside is the difficult stickers / decal's . They where difficult to install. Just trew them away. Also pay attention to the "cut engine" button on the remote , very close to the "retract landing gear" , pushed it per accident, almost crashed the heli at its maidenflight. Will 3D-print a protector for it.”

“I’m very satisfied with my Airwolf 470 purchase from MotionRc. Everything worked perfectly and I had no issues. Have only flown in GPS mode so far but this Heli looks amazing and flies very well. I definitely recommend this Heli.”
“The main rotor just quit spinning half-way through its maiden flight and it dropped like a rock. Had to send it back for "evaluation" waiting to see what happens there. On a brighter note a bought the MD500 at the same time and have been fling it around like a champ!”
“When I started building this model I noticed it has a plastic head and wash plate. On the right side of the helicopter the cannons don’t line up with the machine gun like the other side. For $1000.00 I think they should do a little better than that. It supposed to be a super scale helicopter! Yeah I know sure!!!!”
“It looks pretty cool. But for the price. Just plain black plastic guns and missile launcher. Every Airwolf fan knows about the "ONLY" weakness, the mid air refueling nozzle. Which it doesn't have. When I deployed my landing gear they were so far out of adjustment the right rear wheel didn't touch the ground. It sat on the missile launcher. I'll be customizing it to make it look more like the actual Airwolf in detail. But out of the box it's definitely not worth $980.00. They should have done a better job.”
