Big improvement over the Yak 55. Much quicker, easier build.

Problems with my kit-1. Fuselage was prebuilt with carbon and motor mount installed. Unfortunately, it had a permanent 'bow' that is quite noticeable and won't come straight. Pic does not show it well but there is 3/16-1/4" bow in fuselage.2. Servos did not fit the holders or the molded recesses. Looks like the servos might have been upgraded but none of the cutouts enlarged.3. Stabilizer platform on fuselage is different than photos. Vertical fin does not match fuselage. Small carbon rods on stabilizer need attachment points with adjustments for leveling stabilizer.4. Rough foam surfaces, even for a foamie.5. Anything less that a perfect landing will stress the landing gear and cause prop damage. Yeah, I know, it's a foamie, but landing gear should be taller and wider.6. Wing cut-out in fuselage is too big. Not only does this create a leveling issue when gluing wing, it demands creative clamping and some filling of spaces when installing wing.7. The kit I received 4/23 was mfgd in 2020. New old stock, looks like it may have been made during some production transitions. The plane flies OK. First flight required minimal trimming. Motor was adequate, servo response was OK. Handled 8 mph wind OK. Overall, not real impressed with this kit. Sort of disappointed after reading all the great reviews.

A superb flyer starting with the maiden flight. Handles the wind extremely well in spite of how light it is. Getting 4-5 minutes on a 1300 3S. Want to try it with an 1800 but none in stock right now. Landed like a helicopter into a 10-12 mph wind. Very minor difficulties in assembly. I suggest using foam tac or similar adhesive when attaching the wing.

This plane is so much fun to do 3D low to the ground or just putt around in the sky! Very slow flyer and are a ble to practice manuvers without the worry of it smashing into the ground. Some modifications (trimming foam) were needed but went together easily. (Watch the video) I am buying another just to have in case they quit making them!!!

Assembly instructions not very good. The airplane is responsive and fun to fly. I use a 3s1500mah 100c lipo. I have replaced all 4 servos with metal gear type. Great airplane for the money.
