“Life changing! I dread the slowness and danger of finely chopping vegetables with a knife. Using this mandoline, not only was it minutes faster, but it's also just as easy to clean as a knife & cutting board. I bought a pair of anti-cut gloves since the guard still leaves some unsliced portion remaining.”

“Easy to use and cuts well. Only complaint is the dial should have sizing on it instead of guessing by turning the dial, but the item is quality so I can live with this.”

“Bought as a gift for my daughter. It was shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. Shipping cost was reasonable. She was very excited about how easily the mandoline sliced julienned potatoes, daikon radish and eggplant.”
