“This is a fantastic grill. It makes totally great yakitori. I recommend pre-heating it with a full load of lump charcoal that goes to grey, then add hotter burning charcoal like coconut shell or the best binchotan you can find, on top. When that layer is ready, so are you. I pretty easily fed a party of 20 people with it.”
