“The replacement Dog Tags I received for my dad are exactly like the ones my brother found in our dads shed that had my name, my mom's name and my sister's name on them. Dad was stationed in France for 2 1/2 yrs, mom and I joined him when I was 6 months old. Thank you for this service, it means a lot to me, and I will have a keepsake forever.”

Hi Ron, Please email us directly at support@mydogtag.com and let us know the differences between what you ordered and what you were expecting to get. The thickness of dog tags and the metal alloys used have varied over time and by manufacturer. Notched dog tags have not officially been made since 1967 and modern manufacturers use the same metal stock as current military regulations which call for thinner metal. We are always looking for ways to improve our products to better serve veterans and their families.

“I am very impressed with this company. My order was shipped USPS, but the postal service has lost track of it. It is long overdue, but through no fault of MyDogtag.com. Yesterday I notified the company that the package was still missing and they are shipping anther package tomorrow (Monday). In my opinion outstanding customer concern and service!”
