Thank you Ed for your feedback. Our historical tag templates conform to available regulations from the period and consider real dog tags in our historical collection. Our matte dog tags are current military spec. Tags from previous eras can vary somewhat in thickness or color. Please email us with details of how our tags differ from your originals.
