“I'm a paramedic and find myself stuck somewhere between a box of bandaids and an expensive ALS Medic pack. This small pack lives behind the headrest in my truck, not for stopping at accidents and trying to help first responders when I'm off duty but to make sure my family and friends will be taken care of. Whether were hunting, camping, shooting or just out doing it, this pack gives me a great package of the equipment I'll need.”

“I bought two myfak premium kits, I should them to a few of the EMTs I know and they were very impressed with what came in the kit for the price. The only thing negative any if the had to say about the kit was they would of rather seen a CATS tourniquet instead of the RATS tourniquet. Great product and would highly recommend.”

“Quite simply a well-rounded IFAK, within a well-made, rugged and stuffed to the gills pouch. Couldn’t really ask for more. Will buy a second one for my other Go Bag.”

“I bought two empty MYFAKS to set up for my father and father in law for Christmas. After setting one of the two up I saw that the stitching on one of the bags was not done correctly and coming apart.”
