“This is a lovely bauble, but it is shipped without any sort of protection. No bubble wrap or packing paper. Coupled with Evri being the courier, my order arrived smashed and unusable. A replacement would have been offered but unfortunately it was out of stock so I received a refund. Quick and easy process in that regard however, and delivery was fairly quick too. I really wish they will look at how they ship products on the future, as it’s such a shame.”

“Really beautiful bauble that looks great on the tree. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is there is a gap between the end of my daughter’s name and the ‘s as presumably it’s a preset engraving. It’s not hugely noticeable but just not quite right. Otherwise it’s lovely!”
